Karen McElroy founded FCM Associates in 2005 to offer clients a flexible PR and Communication service to suit their business needs.
In a career that’s spanned over 20 years, she has received a number of highly acclaimed team and individual awards, most recently being named Freelancer of the Year 2012 for Marketing and Events.
Over the years she has worked across many business sectors includng, brewing, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, environmental and non-for-profit.
Karen is member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and has a post-graduate Diploma in Public Relations.

Tracey Anne Chadwick, an associate at FCM for over 8 years, has been offering freelance support to a range of clients, for both internal and external communications projects.
During her 19 year career in PR she has worked in two national in-house corporate communications teams and a busy PR Agency.
She has experience across a number of business sectors including brewing, foodservice, legal services, utilities, leisure and not-for-profit.
Tracey also offers a creative eye and has extensive experience briefing and directing professional photographers and designers to generate high profile marketing and PR materials.
Cheryl Morris is a trained journalist with over 12 years’ experience working in busy news rooms and within a Corporate Press Office environment. As an Associate of FCM, Cheryl collaborates with the FCM team to deliver outstanding content and media coverage for its clients.
With a passion for writing Cheryl loves to turn people’s stories into engaging copy, and her work spans a variety of roles including news, court reporting, features, online and magazines as well as producing content for websites, case studies, newsletters and blogs.
Experienced in both pitching to journalists and writing content she loves the variety of her role and has worked in various sectors including regeneration, fashion, health, not-for-profit, leisure and the ceramic industry.

Caroline Adams is an accomplished marketing leader with 20 years’ experience across the FMCG, Retail, Technology and Entertainments industries. Caroline has a huge breadth of knowledge across both traditional and digital marketing and prides herself on finding the right marketing solution for the problem.
