Book a Free PR Consultation with us at Let’s Do Business Show
We are delighted to be offering 10 show goers an exclusive consultation with one of our experts at the Let’s Do Business Show being held at Uttoxeter Race Course on Thursday 28th June. The team from FCM will also be exhibiting at the show and visitors are welcome to visit their stand A23 to talk to the team about how they can put their business in the spotlight.
In 2014, Dragon’s Den star Theo Paphitis named FCM as one of his Small Business Sunday winners on Twitter and the team has since enjoyed being part of what Theo describes as his own personal ‘friendly club’ of small business owners.
Celebrating its 13th year in business in June, FCM continues to grow organically and is proud to provide PR and Communication services for some great businesses including Molson Coors, Branston Golf & Country Club, National Forest Adventure Farm, Burton Albion, Burton & District Chamber of Commerce and Malone Group to name but a few.
Karen McElroy, Director of FCM said: “We’re delighted to be exhibiting at Let’s Do Business again this year and looking forward to meeting lots businesses from across the region.
“There are some great business stories out there and many of them are never told. We love nothing more than uncovering those stories and helping businesses to tell them, whether that’s in the media or sharing with their employees.
“We almost guarantee that there is at least one great story in every business. That’s why we’re holding free one to one sessions at Let’s Do Business to help businesses realise their news potential and find out how being in the spotlight can help their business thrive and grow!”

About Small Business Sunday
Small Business Sunday is a Twitter campaign set up by the former Dragon and serial entrepreneur as a way to promote the small businesses that are so vital to our Country’s economy.
Theo said: “I admire people who have passion and energy and was struck by the number of business owners on Twitter who wanted to tell me about their new products and services. Small Business Sunday was born so that people have a specific time slot to tweet and can pitch their 'sell' directly to me.”
So each Sunday, between 5.00pm and 7.30pm, small businesses can tweet him @TheoPaphitis and describe their business in one tweet including the all-important hashtag #SBS. Theo then selects the six tweets that he feels are most worthy and re-Tweets their messages to his many thousands of followers.
Theo’s promotion gained instantaneous benefit for FCM with the number of followers on Twitter increasing by nearly 20% in less than 24hrs.
The company also received a boost to their profile thanks to a feature on the SBS website (http://www.theopaphitissbs.com) that’s exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.
